Netflix Error code 30103 that says “Cannot play title. Please try again later” according to the official word, indicating that some information about the device needs to be updated. Here are four solutions to help you. You can pick up one of them, or try them one by one to fix it.
Solution 1. Restart your device
Restarting your device is probably the easiest and easiest way, without carefully examining it. Here’s how to restart iPhone /iPad/iPod Touch.
Press and hold the Side/Power button on the device for a few seconds until the slider appears.
Slide the red icon to the right to turn off the device.
Press and hold the Side/Power button to turn the device back on after about 10 seconds.
Open Netflix again to see if the video can play normally or not.
Solution 2. Disable airplay
AirPlay doesn’t support playing downloaded titles, so Netflix error code 30103 may appear when you use AirPlay to watch a video on your iPhone/iPad, iPod Touch. Turn off AirPlay to see if the issue can be resolved.
Tap the AirPlay icon in the Netflix app.
Select your iOS device from the list.
Play that video again.
Solution 3. Reset your network settings on your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch
Because the network is required to access the Internet, you need to make sure that the network connection is working normally and smoothly for Netflix to buffer your videos.
You can switch to another Wi-Fi connection, and then open any app to see if your network is working smoothly. If a network connection isn’t available on the Internet, you can try resetting the network settings on your device.
Open Settings > General.
Scroll down and tap Reset.
Tap Reset network settings.
The access code must be entered.
Tap Reset network settings to red to confirm the restore.
Solution 4. Reinstall the Netflix app
If you can use other apps on your current network connection, but Netflix is still blocked. Maybe you can try to reinstall the app. Before you delete the Netflix app, look for update information. If an updated version is provided, the app update is the latest version to see if the issue has been resolved. When the update has no effect, remove the application and reinstall it.
Tap and hold the Netflix app icon on the home screen until it shakes.
Tap the X in the top left to remove it.
(Note: Deleting the app will also delete downloads stored on your device.)
Open the App Store or Google Play Store.
Search for Netflix and download the latest version.
Open the new Netflix app after installation.
Enter your Netflix account to sign in.
Try playing a video again.
