Soundbar Vizio SB3220n-F6 – good Balanced sound

The SB3220n-F6 32″ Vizio soundbar is a simple 2.0 soundbar that works pretty well with stereo content. Since it lacks a subwoofer, it does not produce any punch or rumble, which can be a bit boring during an action movie, but its sound profile is otherwise well balanced and neutral, making it ideal for movies with lots of dialogue or TV shows. The bar can become quite strong, but pushing it to maximum volume can cause some obvious compression and distortion artifacts. It also doesn’t shave many input options, such as HDMI, and only supports Dolby Digital surround content. That said, it’s still a great option if you’re mostly just watching shows on Netflix, but you still want something that’s likely to update for the TV’s built-in speakers.

The Vizio SB3220n-F6 32″ 2.0 Channel soundbar is decent for mixed use. It has a fairly neutral and precise sound profile, but it lacks low as it does not have a subwoofer. This makes it less ideal for watching movies and listening to heavy music, but if you mainly only watch TV, listen to podcasts or enjoy less heavy music, then it’s a solid choice.Vizio SB3220n-F6

The Vizio SB3220n-F6 32″ 2.0 soundbar is ideal for dialogue and TV shows. Although it doesn’t have a dedicated dialogue enhancement feature, its neutral audio profile accurately reproduces the voices, so your favorite sitcoms should remain easy to understand. You can also stream your favorite podcasts and audiobooks in this bar from your phone with ease via Bluetooth.

The sound bar of the Vizio SB3220n-F6 32″ 2.0 channel is good for music. While missing the deep fist and roar you’ll find in heavy bass music like dubstep or hip-hop, it should still sound good. It will be more suitable for pop or rock music, as it sounds good on the voice and instruments. However, it tends to compress and distort into higher volumes, so you may notice this at a party.Vizio SB3220n-F6

The audio bar of the Vizio SB3220n-F6 32″ 2.0 channel is mediocre for movies. Although it has a well-balanced frequency response overall, it lacks the punch and rumble key for a good action movie. It also has problems with tablets and significantly distorts the maximum volume, which can be a problem if you like to load it a little. Its surround sound performance is also poor – it’s limited to Dolby Digital files and even then downmix to stereo anyway. On the plus side, its stereotage sound is good.

The build quality of the Vizio SB3220n-F6 is decent. The front and top of the bar are covered in fabric, while the back and bottom are plastic. The plastic feels quite high quality, but the fabric tends to get dirty enough and can be ripped off. photo:Vizio
