If you want to reactivate your PayPal account, you will need to log in to your account and update your account information. This will include confirming your email address, updating your credit card or bank account information, and completing any required verification steps. Once you have updated your account information and resolved any issues, your account will be automatically reactivated.

If you are having trouble logging in to your account or have any other questions, you can contact PayPal customer service for assistance. They will be able to help you with any issues you may have and guide you through the process of reactivating your account.

PayPal accounts are useful for individuals and businesses as they allow free transfer of money from one bank account to another, as well as convenient and secure credit and debit card payments. If you are unable to confirm your account details, such as your location or linked bank account, or if your PayPal account remains inactive for an extended period of time, you may need to reactivate PayPal. 1.
Log in to your PayPal account if possible and click on the link to the Resolution Center at the top of the page. In the Resolution Center, you will see another link to find out why access to your account is restricted if certain features, such as sending and receiving payments, are restricted by PayPal for any reason.
2.
Follow the Resolution Center steps to remove PayPal’s limitations and reactivate full access to PayPal features and services.
3.
Click the Resolution Center link to dispute a transaction if you need to report an unauthorized transaction. PayPal stops unauthorized transactions and you may not be able to process other payments while an unauthorized transaction appears on your account.
4.
If you are unable to access your PayPal account, or if you have any further questions or concerns about accessing your account after using the Resolution Center, please contact the PayPal Help Center by clicking the contact link on the PayPal homepage.
5.
Reactivate blocked PayPal accounts by calling the PayPal Customer Service line at (402) 935-2050, open from 4am to 10am Pacific time on weekdays and from 6am to 8am on weekends.
6.
Have as much information about your PayPal account as possible when you call the customer service line, especially your phone number, credit card or bank account numbers, and your email address registered to your PayPal account.

Why was my account deactivated by PayPal?

When an account has been inactive for a long time, when there have been several violations of PayPal’s terms of service, or when PayPal suspects that the account is being used fraudulently or illegally, PayPal has the right to deactivate the account.

How can I sign up for PayPal after being suspended?

You have to go through a few procedures after your PayPal account has been suspended in order to reopen it. You should first get in touch with PayPal directly and ask for an appeal. PayPal will typically reinstate your account without asking for proof of innocence if it was suspended due to fraud or a violation of their terms of service. However, before they will reinstate your account if it was suspended due to a policy infraction (such as not having an active account), you will need to present proof of compliance. Last but not least, be sure to stay current with PayPal’s policies and upgrades to prevent more problems.
