This powerful light source offers uniform lighting throughout its life and also the promise of longer life of the lamp. It also provides this compact projector with excellent brightness and contrast, taking full advantage of the 4K UHD and HDR content.
HDR10 and HLG support
Making the most of laser lighting, the LG HU80KSW projector supports HDR10 and HLG. HDR10 and HLG offer more brightness and contrast for a truly realistic image. These technologies work perfectly to offer a more natural look with movies, games and television.
4K UHD resolution
Ultra HD 4K resolution gives you four times more detail than Full HD with over 8 million pixels! It offers a sharper and more realistic image with a richer and more natural color. It also allows you to sit closer to the screen, making it ideal for smaller rooms, too.
Works well in smaller rooms with short shot
Capable of producing a 40-inch image of just 1.15 meters, the HU80KSW is ideal for smaller rooms. You need image sizes up to 80 inches and only 2.3 meters are needed. For the largest screen size of 150 inches, the projector should be 4.3 meters away, which can still be reached in many UK lounges.
Portable design: use it vertically or horizontally
With a handle and a power cable roller, the LG HU80KSW is easy to move from room to room or even from a friend’s place. Once there you can use it vertically or horizontally. The vertical automatic key and zoom allows you to adjust the image for best fit.
Connect and show wirelessly
With Smart Share, Wireless DLNA, and Wireless Contents Share, you can stream what you’re viewing wirelessly on your smartphone or tablet. Bluetooth Sound Out lets you make audio wirelessly to a Bluetooth speaker or a high-fidelity or Bluetooth-enabled AV system.
All the right connections
With HDMI dual jacks, both with HDCP2.2 support, the HU80KSW projector is ideal for use with the UHD BLU-ray player, game console or TV set-top box. Twin USB interfaces are ideal for connecting media devices and playing stored content.
