Bring the movie feel to your home with the Polk Audio PSW 10e subwoofer.
If you’re finding that your movies, music and games are losing something, a powerful Polk Audio subwoofer could be just what you’re looking for. With a 10-inch subwoofer dedicated to bass and powered by a 50-watt amplifier, the Polk PSW10E offers the baseline that conventional speakers lose. With bass delivered up to 40 Hz, you get a powerful and dynamic sound that is usually only found on large standing speakers.
Powerful sound without resonance
This Polk Audio subwoofer is not just about how low the bass is, it’s about how accurate it is, too. The polymer composite cone is highly rigid, which means it moves with precision, reducing sound distortion. The closet uses a solid construction for noise-free sound. Using a front bass door not only improves efficiency, but also means that you can place the subwoofer near a wall or corner, without blocking the door, providing low uniforms and uniforms in all positions in the room.
Achieving the perfect balance
Comprehensive controls make it easy to get the Polk Audio PSW 10e to perfectly match existing speakers and acoustic room. Adjust the bass through filter so that the submarine seamlessly collects the sound in which existing speakers shut down, from 160 to 80 Hz. Then set the phase control to ‘0’ or ‘180’, depending on whether the submarine is positioned in front of or behind you. Finally, adjust the volume to personal taste. Usually the largest and most densely furnished room is taller than this – but it’s totally up to you and there’s no “wrong” setting!
Designed to work with all types of systems, the PSW10e has speaker and line-level inputs. Line-level inputs (phonos) are generally used when connecting an AV receiver or certain amplifiers and audio bars. Speaker-level inputs work with any system with conventional speaker outputs. Simply connect the speakers to the subwoofer and connect the sub to the system as if it were the original pair of speakers, simple.Photo:Polk Audio
