Freeview Play makes it easy
Freeview Play takes Freeview HD to the next level by offering an easily accessible and up-to-date TV. You also get all the other great advantages of Freeview. With over 75 unsubscribe channels, including 15 HD channels available, there’s always something to do with Freeview TV.sadee 3

The next step – SCROLL-back TV
Connect Humax  FVP-5000T to the Internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and you can improve your TV viewing with effortlessly updated TV. Reaching out to the programs you’ve missed is easy- just use the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) to “scroll” in the last seven days of TV shows. With support for BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and Demand 5, the vast majority of the last seven days of TV are just a trip away (requires a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 2Mbps). The ITV Hub is available in England, Wales and the Channel Islands.

Now with Netflix and YouTube
In addition to normal UK TV channels, the FVP-5000T offers easy access to other popular video services. If you have a Netflix account, you can get easy access with only one key. YouTube, Freeview Explore and UK TV Play are also covered.

Record, pause, and rewind live TV to a powerful 2TB hard drive
With a huge 2TB hard drive, it’s easy to record, pause and rewind live TV. Large-capacity storage can accommodate 1000 hours of STANDARD-defined TVs. Record HD shows and you still have the potential of 500 hours of stored TV. With pause and rewind, phone interruptions are no longer a problem: just pause your live TV and resume when you’re free again.

It’s easy to play stored videos or music just by plugging in a USB device. Alternatively, Universal Plug n’ Play (UPnP) allows you to play content from your computer or NAS using your home network.

Application control
Download the free Humax Live TV app (available for Apple and Android) and you’ll get a new level of control. With the application you can broadcast live TV or recordings from the recorder to a smart device. You can also set reminders, schedule recordings, and even access your TV guide from the myHumax portal.cdde35

Easy connectivity
For an easy, high-quality connection to the TV, the FVP-5000T uses HDMI. Humax hasn’t forgotten the sound, too. A selection of analog optical audio outputs or digitalphone allows you to connect to virtually any soundbar, AV receiver, amplifier or Hi-Fi system. Photo:Humax
