HP DeskJet 2755e – cheap and simple printer

October 7, 2021

HP DeskJet 2755e all-in-one printer has a disappointing build quality and design. It does not have a paper tray; instead, it has a back feeder that can hold a maximum of 60 pages. Paper jams are a bit difficult to reach, as you need to place your hand through the small front compartment, which can be difficult if you have large hands. In addition, the hinges of the flatbed scanner cover can not be extended for scanning thick objects. Its plastic body feels solid, and the power cord is removable, making it easier to replace if necessary.

HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer has a flatbed scanner with high resolution and color depth; however, the lid hinges cannot be extended to scan thick objects. There is no automatic document feeder and it cannot automatically process double-sided scans, so scanning long, double-sided sheets is tedious as you have to manually flip each sheet and scan them individually on the flatbed.HP DeskJet 2755e printer

HP DeskJet 2755e produces a terribly low number of pages for both black and color prints, so you have to replace cartridges very often. In addition, there is only one color cartridge, so you need to discard the entire cartridge even if you are running out of only one color. Fortunately, a high-performance cartridge is available that should last longer, although we have not tested it. Please note that this is an HP + enabled printer that only accepts original HP cartridges. While the printer accepts third-party HP remanufactured cartridges, their use may void the warranty. HP DeskJet 2755e is compatible with HP Smart. It has decent features, such as the ability to print PDFs and photos, manage the Instant Ink subscription, order new ink and perform maintenance tasks. You can also scan from your printer’s flatbed or using your device’s camera; however, the maximum resolution is 300 DPI. Please note that the private pickup feature of the app is not compatible with HP DeskJet 2755e. HP DeskJet 2755e printer is not very good for black and white printing. It has a terribly low black page throughput, with a very high cost for printing, and there is no automatic document feeder to process multipage scans. In addition, it is very slow in printing and cannot automatically print documents on two sides, so you need to manually flip each page before the other side can print. HP DeskJet 2755e printerThe HP DeskJet 2755e is terrible for small offices or home. It does not produce many pages, resulting in a disappointing cost per print. It does not have an automatic document feeder, printing or automatic duplex scanning and is very slow in printing. HP DeskJet 2755e is an economical all-in-one printer designed for home use. Unfortunately, it has very low page performance, so printing in black or color ink is not convenient. It is also very slow in printing and can not automatically print sheets on two sides, so you need to manually flip each page when required and then continue printing work. While it has incredible color accuracy, the photo print quality is only mediocre, which is not ideal if you are going to print many images.

What are cookies?

How do we use cookies?
Each cookie falls within one of the four following categories:
Category Description
1. Essential cookies Essential cookies (First-Party Cookies) are sometimes called “strictly necessary” as without them we cannot provide many services that you need on the Website. For example, essential cookies help remember your preferences as you move around the Website.
2. Analytics cookies These cookies track information about visits to the Websites so that we can make improvements and report our performance. For example, analyze visitor and user behavior so as to provide more relevant content or suggest certain activities. They collect information about how visitors use the Websites, which site the user came from, the number of visits, and how long a user stays on the Websites. We might also use analytics cookies to test new ads, pages, or features to see how users react to them.
3. Functionality or preference cookies During your visit to the Websites, cookies are used to remember information you have entered or choices you make (such as your username, language, or your region) on the Websites. Cookies also store your preferences when personalizing the Websites to optimize your use of Webllena, for example, your preferred language. These preferences are remembered using persistent cookies, and the next time you visit the Websites, you will not have to set them again.
4. Targeting or advertising cookies These Third-Party Cookies are placed by third-party advertising platforms or networks in order to deliver ads and track ad performance and enable advertising networks to deliver ads that may be relevant to you based upon your activities on the website (sometimes called “behavioral” “tracking” or “targeted” advertising). They may later use information about your visit to target you with advertising that you may find interesting on the Websites and other websites. For example, these cookies remember which browsers have visited the Websites.
Many of the cookies placed through our Website are session cookies, while others are persistent cookies, “first-party” cookies, and “third-party” cookies.
  • First-party cookies are cookies set by a website when visited by the user (e.g., cookies placed by webllena.com).
  • Third-party cookies are cookies that are set by a domain other than that of the website visited by the user. If a user visits a website and another entity sets a cookie through that website, this is a third-party cookie.
  • Persistent cookies are cookies that remain on a user’s device for a specified time. The cookie activates each time that the user visits the website.
  • Session cookies are cookies that allow website operators to link the actions of a user during a browser session. A browser session starts when a user opens the browser window and finishes when they close the browser window. Session cookies are temporary; once you close the browser, the browser deletes the session cookies.
