The elegant design meets a powerful sound, with the KEF Q550 speakers.
World-renowned Uni-Q technology for a natural sound environment
The KEF Q550 uses a famous KEF technology to achieve great effect, with the Uni-Q drive unit. This involves placing the treble unit in the center of the woofer, creating a single-point source for the sound through the frequency range. The end result of this is a wider and cohesive sound that offers excellent stereos within a wider listening area.
Improved trebles
A new muffled load system greatly reduces distortion, giving a smoother and more detailed upper end. The “tangerine” waveguide system helps the treble to integrate more easily with the mid-range. Another improvement with the Q550 is the sealed upper compartment, which means that the treble and midrange are not affected by the air movements of the bass units.
Aluminium woofer cone with z-Flex envelope for low distortion
Made of lightweight but rigid aluminum, the woofer units are ready to respond and linear in their response. This helps to give realistic dynamics and low levels of distortion. Using technologies developed on its high-end Concept Blade speakers, the Q550 offers attention to details that you don’t normally see on speakers at this level. The woofer flex casing provides control of the upper cone, helping it blend seamlessly with the sharp unit for a more consistent and consistent sound.
Extra Woofer and ABRs twins to increase bass boost
Inside its stylish standing closet, the Kef Q550 houses no less than three additional low woofers. One of them is powered and is completely dedicated to the bass below the mid-range unit. Working rather as a subwoofer, this allows the Q550 to provide consistent and reliable bass that are deep and sustained. Further improving this, the two ARAVs (Auxcillary Bass Radiators) use the energy inside the enclosure to further improve and maintain the low response.
Plinth included for greater stability
Complete with bolted sockets, the Q550 offers excellent stability. The design lengthens the peaks to give the highest possible level of stability to such a thin speaker. This has the effect of reducing distortion, as the closet is more likely to stay in place and not ‘rock’ with louder music. However, another big piece of attention to detail is that the peaks are also easily adjustable from above – saving time and effort when it comes to setting.

Uni-Q technology gives the KEF Q650c the most realistic vocal performance.
World-renowned Uni-Q technology for a natural sound environment
The KEF Q650c uses a famous KEF technology to achieve great effect, with the Uni-Q drive unit. This involves placing the treble unit in the center of the main woofer, creating a single-point source for the sound through the frequency range. The end result of this is a wider and cohesive sound that provides a wide spread of sound between the front speakers.

Aluminium woofer cone with z-Flex envelope for low distortion
Made of lightweight but stiff aluminum, the woofer unit is quick to respond and linear in its response. This helps to give realistic dynamics and low levels of distortion. Using technologies developed on its high-end Concept Blade speakers, the Q650c provides attention to details that you don’t normally see on speakers at this level. The woofer flex casing provides control of the upper cone, helping it blend seamlessly with the sharp unit for a more consistent and consistent sound.
ABR unit and separate bass for distortion-free sound, even at high levels
Using a separate dedicated bass unit eliminates the tension of the mid-range cone, ensuring that it is free to focus on mid-range frequencies. This is particularly useful at higher volumes and also ensures that the speaker tone does not differ unduly from the full-range front speakers. Helping this even more is an ABR (Auxcillary Bass Radiator) that uses internal energy to brag and keep lower notes.
Elegant design
With hidden bindings and no speaker grille plugs, the Q650c looks more stylish than ever. Available in black or white, the minimalist style is a design classic.
The perfect combination for a Q-Series home theater system, but also impressive with other speaker brands, too, the KEF Q650c offers true vocal realism.

Give your home theater an elevator with Q50a Atmos keF speakers.
Dolby Atmos Certification
Optimized for Dolby Atmos, you can now experience the wonder of this revolutionary format in your home. Equipped with a Dolby Atmos certified network, these KEF speakers have been tailor-made for Atmos sound. Producing a multidimensional and completely immersive sound, Dolby Atmos has been hailed as the greatest advance in surround sound for 20 years, so don’t miss it!
Ideal for other dimensional formats
In addition to Dolby Atmos, the three-dimensional soundscapes created by DTS-X and Auro-3D are also well served by Q50a speakers.
Famous Uni-Q technology for incredible accuracy
Q50a speakers use KEY KEF technology to achieve a great effect: the Uni-Q drive unit. This involves placing the acute unit inside the woofer’s throat, creating a single source of points for sound across the frequency spectrum. With all the Atmos sound effects coming from single-point sources on both sides, the accuracy of the sound is impressive.
Easy to place
Adding Dolby Atmos to your existing system is easier than you think. With an AV receiver with Dolby Atmos or DTS-X, you can use the existing 5.1 speaker configuration. Then simply add these speakers to the front channel on the left and right. They can be placed on top of existing front speakers or mounted on the wall just above. Once in its place, the height of the sound stage grows enormously, with effects such as rain falling and helicopters flying over given an incredible realism.
Designed to match KEF’s Q-series
Finishes to match speakers from keF’s Q series, Q50a speakers are available in black or matte white. The elegant finish makes them discreet and the narrow width of just 180mm means they fit on top of all but the most skinned speakers.

Proof that the power of bass does not need to look ugly, the KEF Kube 10b is a nice subwoofer.
iBX for powerful bass can feel
KEF Kube subwoofers have iBX (Intelligent Bass Extension) for the deepest bass of the more compact enclosures. The iBX algorithm creates an extended bass depth that easily exceeds expectations for this sub dimension. Backing up this is a powerful 300-watt D-class amplifier. This is enough to power the unit of high-quality bass from 10″ to high levels and low frequencies. With a simple touch, the Kube 10b is ideal for both movies and music.
Controlled power
Despite its high-level power, the KEF Kube is more than just firepower. The sealed closet not only offers high levels of stiffness, but also gives a tight and controlled bass that is never exaggerated or neglected. A 3-position DSP (EQ) control allows you to adjust the Kube’s response to compensate for room acoustics and personal preferences. There is also a phase change. This allows you to reverse the phase, giving perfectly timed bass if the submarine is in front of or behind you.
Effortless with style
Most subs deserve to be hidden, but not the Kef Kube. With soft lines, a wraparound grille and a glossy glossy black top panel, the Kube 10b is a subwoofer you’ll be happy to have on display. As a mid-range model, the Kube 10b is perfect for medium-sized rooms and offers a perfect balance between mass and low power. Photo:Kef
