The LG UN8500 has a perfect design and looks a lot like the LG UN7300. It’s a simple-looking TV with thick bezel that’s not flush with the screen, so it stands out a bit. It’s pretty well built and made entirely of plastic, but there are wobly and parts that flex easily.

The LG UN8500 is very good for video games. It has a 120Hz panel, but does not support any Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology. The input delay is low and has a fast response time, but you may notice the duplication of images with fast motion content due to the flickering of the backlight. It increases the content well 1080p, but there are some minor issues when viewing the native 4k content.
The LG UN8500 is good for HDR games. It has a low input delay and a fast response time, but you may notice the duplication of the image due to 120 Hz flashing backlighting. Unfortunately, the HDR content does not look good because it does not show a wide range of colors, it can not be bright enough to blow the reflections and have a low contrast ratio.

The LG UN8500 is decent for watching TV shows. Although it has a decent reflection management, it is better to place it in dim or moderately lit rooms because it does not get very bright. The LG UN8500 is a very good, basic-level TV. Sold in large sizes, 65 to 86 inches, and is designed primarily for large seating arrangements where you sit far away from the TV. Most of the dimensions, including the 65-inch model we tested, have IPS panels that provide quite wide viewing angles. It also has a low contrast ratio, so blacks appear closer to gray when seen in the dark. It has a 120Hz panel, fast response time and low input delay for games, but does not support any VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) technology. Unfortunately, it doesn’t perfectly display native 4k content, as you can notice pixels even when you’re sitting remotely. MSI Optix G27C4 is a decent monitor for most uses. It may offer good image quality, but its 1080p resolution is a bit low for a 27-inch screen, which is less ideal for multitasking. The Dierya DK61 is a high-quality keyboard for office use. The ergonomics is mediocre because it lacks a wrist rest and any tilt adjustment, which can cause wrist pain or fatigue. On the plus side, Gateron Brown switches provide a great typing experience.
The Dierya x KEMOVE DK61 Pro is a very good wireless/mechanical keyboard. This compact keyboard is an amazing choice for game players, with customizable RGB backlighting, programmable macro keys, and our unit’s Gateron Brown switches offer a very light experience. However, if you don’t like the feeling of brown switches, you can also get this keyboard with red or black switches, which are quiet and linear, or blue switches, which are strong and clicky. Unfortunately, the complementary software is not very easy to use, as setting up macros and customizing the backlight can be annoying to find out.

The Dierya DK61 is an excellent gaming keyboard. Our unit’s Gateron Brown switches provide a light, tactile gaming experience. In addition, the PBT plastic keys feel good to the touch and feel stable in general. There are RGB backlighting and programmable macros, but they can only be customized in complementary software, which can be difficult to use. In addition, the keyboard lacks tilt settings or a wristrest and can cause fatigue.

If you’re having problems with your Western Digital mass storage device, it might be time to use a specialized utility to analyze it. With Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostics, you have a few options for finding errors.

Extract and run the program, WinDlg_vx_xx.exe. If running Windows Vista (or later), you will need to Right-Click on the WinDlg_vx_xx.exe file and choose to Run As Administrator.
Read and accept the license agreement to continue.
On the main program screen, there are two windows. In the top window, you will see the drives in your system that are available for testing. The model number, serial number, capacity, and SMART status of each drive will be displayed. In the bottom window, the partition information for the selected drive will be displayed.
Highlight the drive and select the icon on the top row to test or run SMART status.
When you select the run tests icon, the “DLGDIAG – Select an Option” window appears.
You will see the following options:
- QUICK TEST – performs SMART drive quick self-test to gather and verify the Data Lifeguard information contained on the drive.
- EXTENDED TEST – performs a Full Media Scan to detect bad sectors. Test may take several hours to complete depending on the size of the drive.
- ERASE – writes zeros to the drive with options of Full Erase and Quick Erase. File system and data will be lost.
- VIEW TEST RESULT – displays the latest test results.
Select the test you wish to perform and click the Start button.
When the test completes, you will be notified with a pass/fail message. Click the Close button.

The Mi Curved Gaming Monitor gets the essentials right, although it does lack a few of the luxuries you’ll find on more expensive devices. Although the presence of two DisplayPort and HDMI connections per is generous, that is all you get + a headphone jack. There is no USB hub capability at all, and USB-C is not supported for single-cable charging and display output.
But none of those are deal-breakers for the basic functionality of the Mi Curved Gaming Monitor, at least not for us. We believe this is a surprisingly good value option if you’ve been considering going into ultrawide gaming or even just getting additional desktop space.

If you take into account how much screen space and refresh rate you are getting for your money, the Xiaomi Curved Display 34 is a great purchase. Additionally, for a cheap alternative, its VA panel performs well in terms of color and contrast. It doesn’t contain many gamer extras, but the most of those aren’t required to play your games or streamline your workflow in general.

The Sony X950H has a simple yet exceptional design with a thin bezel and a minimalist brand. Although the feet look thin, they are completely metallic and support the TV well. We have them as wide as possible, but they can be moved inland to accommodate smaller tables.

The Sony X950H is a great TV for almost all uses. It is well equipped to handle any kind of environment as it has a great contrast ratio that allows it to produce deep blacks, and its excellent peak brightness can easily overcome the glow. It offers a great HDR experience and extends the low-resolution content of cable TV. It has a quick response time and a low input delay, but there are no advanced gaming features like VRR. It has full matrix local attenuation to further enhance its already great contrast ratio, so it’s a very good choice for displaying dark rooms. Like its predecessor, the Sony X950G, it has excellent color accuracy and impressive motion management; however, the lack of variable update frequency support is disappointing. Although Sony’s “X-Wide Angle” layer is already available in some of the smaller and larger variants, the viewing angles remain mediocre and not ideal for wide seat arrangements. On the plus side, reflection management has improved significantly and so has gray uniformity, which is good news for sports fans.
The X950H is a great TV for watching movies. It works great in dark rooms thanks to its high contrast ratio, full-range local attenuation and excellent black uniformity. It increases low-resolution movies well and can remove the judder from all sources. However, low frame rate content, such as movies, may seem to stutter due to the TV’s quick response time.

The Sony X950H is a good gaming TV. Its high contrast ratio and exceptional black uniformity make it a good choice for darkroom games. Their entry delay is quite low for most casual players and remains low in all resolutions. The response time is excellent, so the fast-moving scenes seem clear, but it lacks variable refresh rate support to reduce screen tearing.
The X950H is a good TV for HDR games. It has a fast response time that results in very little motion blur, and offers a great HDR experience thanks to its high peak brightness and wide range of colors. The position of that long voltage regulator required that the DIMM positioning would invade the space of the pcie slot, so that the top x16 slot aligns with the second slot on the board in the box. Gigabyte still installs two triple slot cards in the first and third slots and configures both cards with sixteen tracks. Since eight of the CPU’s 64 built-in PCIe lanes are dedicated as a chipset connection and eight M.2 units, which leaves sixteen tracks split between the second and bottom slots in eight slot lanes.

Because the second and bottom slots are wired like x8, a passive M.2 x16 PCIe adapter, like the one included on the ASRock tab, does not support all four M.2 slots.
